Proficient in all precision measurement – Encoder (absolute and incremental), level, laser and ultrasonic, flow, pressure, weight, conductivity, 4-20mA, 0- 10v,
Development of custom / special purpose equipment including: Inline ultrasonic cutting systems, multi axis positioning, stacking and cutting systems including Cartesian gantry, non destructive seal integrity testing and high speed packing lines.
PLC programming, support and commissioning. From small one off / stand alone machines using legacy PLC and HMI to complete turn key factory automation utilising vast amounts of I/O, analogue, motion control upgrades and incorporation of precision measurement.
